Warm and inviting, Captain’s Table Batch 7 opens with toasted nuts, butterscotch, oak, and vanilla, deepening into maple, chocolate, and almonds. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with butterscotch, dark chocolate, almond, and vanilla leading into a nutty, grain-forward finish of toasted grains and hazelnuts. Rich, smooth, and impeccably balanced, this bourbon’s long, warming finish lingers with notes of oak, caramelized sweetness, and refined complexity—a testament to its meticulous craftsmanship.

Double distilled in an ancient Cognac-style copper pot still, this bourbon was created with patience and precision. Fermented over four weeks using EC1118 yeast, it develops a structure that is both elegant and complex, a testament to the passion of Crispin Cain and his son, Crispin Dylan Cain.
